In the heart of the Bragauds forest between the village of Sainte Marie de Ré and Rivedoux beach, the Fougères camping offers a calm and wooded environment. What a lovely surprise this place was. We booked a premium lodge, it was so clean and plenty of room for 4 adults for one night and not really like I imagined a camping lodge at all. Air conditioning unit in living area which kept the whole unit cool by leaving the bedroom doors open. I would definitely book again. A 20 minute walk to restaurants and bars. Parking outside the lodge was perfectly adequate. Its definitely worth paying the extra and going premium as then your sheets (crisp linen) and towels are included, although you do have to make up your own beds (minor detail)

Located just 800 metres from Plage de la Côte Sauvage, Camping Les Perouses offers accommodation in Saint-Clément-des-Baleines with access to a garden, a bar, as well as private check-in and check-out. The location was absolutely wonderful. If you like sunsets you are only 5 minutes by foot from Frances best!

We stayed in a Chalet Evasion, which is a really nice accommodation for families with young kids. Location of the camping is prefect, lots of nice bike trails around this location.
