Very peaceful atmosphere overlooking the Caucasus which embracing around u. Just like in heaven. Simply pray for the clear sky. We stayed for 4 adults, might be packed but manageable. Hot water was enough for the family. Property has everything u needed. Very warm blanket, bed & good sofa bed. Super clean place, no smell at all. Projector screen was a plus for night activities. Moreover, was the staff.. He is very sympathetic to the situation that we might could not make it due to road closures. However, we finally made it. A+ for this property. A once in a lifetime MUST!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property; it was one of the best stays of our 2.5 week trip around Georgia and we wish we could have stayed longer. The location of the property is wonderful, as it sits a little further up from the busy town, making for a very peaceful stay with amazing nature all around. The property also has uninterrupted views of the mountains and it was incredible to be able to enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sun come up. I strongly suspect this is one of the best properties in the area. Our hosts were also very gracious, and we would recommend this property to anyone coming to stay in this amazing part of the world.
