A gym and children's playground are open all year round at Club del Sole Bologna Easy Camping Village. During summer, extra facilities such as the swimming pool and pizzeria complete the resort. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly. The A/C was working perfectly. The pool was nice and clean. The restaurant was fine. Great place for camping! Really great value for the price.

This is a great accommodation option, set in the lovely mountains, on the Via Degli Dei and the German Gothic Line of World War 2. It is 5 kms from the train station at Vado, and 4kms from Monzuno. There are buses to both towns. For an inexpensive hot meal (takeaway) option, I would strongly recommend Sonia next door. You will need to book ahead and the host's will give you contact numbers. I tried all 3 accommodations at the residence - tent, bungalow, and apartment -, and they were all cozy and inexpensive. The host couple are most hospitable and helpful. Great value!
