I recently visited Wadi Rum with my friend from Egypt, and it was an amazing experience! We loved everything, but what truly stood out was the hospitality of Atef and Odeh. The camp was very clean and welcoming. Even though we arrived very late and had a flat tire on the way, they kept checking on us to make sure we were okay and even offered to send a car to help. They also kindly delayed dinner for us so we could settle in. After dinner, they prepared a lovely fire and tea for us to relax and unwind — such a thoughtful gesture. Odeh, who was our driver, also took us for the dawn trip to watch the sunrise, which was unforgettable. Atef and Odeh were incredibly friendly, and their care truly made the experience special. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The fireplace is a top feature of this tent. The well-equipped kitchen has a stovetop, a refrigerator and a tea and coffee maker. Uitzicht en zonsondergang fantastisch. Opgewacht door een vriendelijke medewerker om me naar het kamp te brengen. De jongen van de jeep tour was heel aardig. Heb erg van mijn verblijf in de ruime tent genoten.

I really loved the genuity of the place, truly local food and clean though simple lodgings. Compared to the other camps, the location of the camp in the desert is further from the village, so if you want to get the feeling of remoteness, go for it. I had never experienced such piece and quiet in my life as I did there. Mahmoud - the guide - is an experienced nice guy with plenty of knowledge of the local customs and is sensitive to visitors´ needs. While touring through the desert, he made us a delicious lunch and answered anything we asked about the Jordan culture or family traditions.

Deze tent heeft een eigen ingang. Magic Bedouin Star heeft een tuin, een terras en een een barbecue in Wadi Rum. Hier valt niets negatief over te zeggen! Enkel maar veel lof! Vriendelijke ontvangst. Super grote kamer, met super uitzicht. In de avond aten we samen het avondmaal met de andere reizigers. Gastvrijheid is hier top. Wij hebben hier twee nachten overnacht, de volgende dag hebben we een dagtour ingepland met Id, kunnen we enkel maar aanraden. De sterrentour zeker ook aan te raden! Dit is een accommodatie waar we nog willen terugkeren!

Natuurlijk hebben we alle activiteiten bij Eid geboekt dus zo heeft hij mooie verdiensten.

This tent features a fireplace. The tent offers air conditioning, a private entrance, a terrace with garden views as well as a private bathroom boasting a walk-in shower. Wild Oryx camp is not the best just because of its location (it is away from other camps so you can really enjoy in silence), but also because of its owner Eid and all the staff that help with the services they offer (food, activities,...). These people are just amazing and they treat you as part of their family. They welcomed us with great lunch, took to the camel tour and made a delicious traditional dinner. After spending the night looking into the starts directly from our balloon tent, they took us to early morning balloon flight and after that to jeep tour through the desert. It all was really amazing, but the friendliness and hospitality is what will stay forever in our memories.
