Serah really has dared to do something big combining modern and nature, the view to the stars and the quiet places under the trees. I liked her selection of kitchen ware, the furniture and decoration. All bits and pieces are tastefully selected and fit together well. A designer could not have done it better. Beside that I have spent here 2 wonderful days of hiking and relaxing and I even got to know some typical Kenyan meals.  Serah, Jay and Angus thank you for all of that. P.S. don't worry, it is warm in here during the day but it will cool down fast when the sun is down. Until then enjoy the shade.

Zo mooi, ruim, verzorgd. De eigenaar stond ons op te wachten, zeer vriendelijk. Ongedwongen en top vakantie gevoel. Het personeel, 37 man voor 5 lodges was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en bediende ons op zijn wenken. En het eten : kreeft oesters, vis, zo lekker, het ontbijt schitterend en bediend in onze lodge.We zijn nog maar weg en we missen het al. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, the food was excellent and plentiful,, quiet and close to the forest and the creek. Basic but all you need to relax and be with nature. I loved the evening fires and the roof top views. A motorbike was on hand for any trips you may want, such as to see the local elephants have an evening drink.

Deze tent heeft een eigen ingang. Distant Relatives Ecolodge and Backpackers ligt aan de Kilifi Creek, op slechts 3 km buiten de stad en wordt omgeven door een gemeenschappelijk bos. Een te gek verblijf met te gekke vibes.. veel ruimte, midden in de natuur, bar, restaurant, keuken, zwembadje, eco, .. echt te gek! Je kan te voet naar de riverside. locale bevolking geniet mee van de economische activiteit. Mooi!

Featuring its own bathroom, this tent is furnished with a comfortable bed and a mosquito net. The traditional coconut leaves roof facilitates a cool shade. I liked the Staff, very friendly especially Yussuf. The food was great 👏👏. I would recommend my friends to visit.
