If you are coming to Udawalawe for a safari then this is the place to stay. Located very close to the National Park entrance this camp had us feeling like we were one with nature. Our room tent/cabin was ready on arrival. It is not a hotel so you should know going in that this is a camping adventure. Beds were comfy and cam with very good mosquito nets. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was fine. There is no A/C but you do get a floor fan and the room also has plenty of outlets for charging. You get your own private deck in front of your tent with chairs and a beautiful view of the river. I would suggest allowing them to prepare all of your meals. They were all delicious and came at a fair price considering there is nowhere else to eat within a mile or two. The camp prepares and takes car of everything for you, meals, free river tour, and free night walk after dinner. They also will book your safari for you. Once you arrive, you do nothing. It was absolutely amazing.

He organized the safari, the driver was a great guide. Lots of animals to see and lots of elephants. The owner is very kind. Definitely one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in Sri Lanka. The unit offers 2 beds. Located 15 km from Udawalawe National Park, Mango Safari Camping Udawalawe is in Udawalawe and features a garden and a terrace. Your totally absorbed by the nature! You can totally relax with the sounds of nature all around you. The staff were fantastic and always ready to help answer any questions including “what bird is that” x 20. The staff were patient and knowledgeable and they made my experience amazing!!

Ahaspokuna asub Belihul Oyas, 22 meetri kaugusel Nuwara Eliyast. Bandarawela on majutusasutusest 17 m kaugusel. This is one of the best locations I’ve visited so far. Situated in a very remote area where there’s limited access to outer world. You have to take a basic nature trail to reach the destination which my family enjoyed much. once you entered the premises it’s like you stepped into another country. Very calm and peaceful environment so we need to adopt to the destination. I recommend this place to all nature lovers who look for places where you can blend with nature. Limited electricity so prepare yourself with backups. (power banks, flashlights, ect)

Välibasseini, tasuta privaatse parkimise, aia ja ühise puhkeruumiga Kottawatta River Bank Resort asub Udawalawes, 17 km kaugusel Udawalawe rahvuspargist. Peretubades on laste mänguväljak. Everything! Kottawatta surprised us at every turn; from the cold facial towels upon entry to the poolside drinks to an amazing curry for dinner. As a plus, the room was extremely comfortable. Our safari organized through the hotel was exceptional!

Offering river views, this fan-cooled tent has a private entrance, seating area and extra large bed with spring mattress. It includes a hot water shower, towel and shoe racks. I stayed in a deluxe tent located next to pool view. It’s really comfortable to stay there. We still can enjoyed breakfast after morning safari. The food was widely provided as buffet and delicious. Staffs were nice at all.

The staff took care of us like a 5 star hotel would do. They organized a safari on the day and transport the next day for us. I was impressed by the quality of their services.

Everything is rteally nice, the rock pools are amazing and the junglke is all around you. The cabins are very new and comfortable. I thought the loud music was a bit irritating, but maybe that was just an exeption!
