He organized the safari, the driver was a great guide. Lots of animals to see and lots of elephants. The owner is very kind. Definitely one of the most beautiful places I have stayed in Sri Lanka. I would like to stay more time there. some of us even skipped visiting of the elephants to spent some time chilling at the pool with beautiful sounds of the nature. regarding travailing with kids- they have facilities, what is very rare in Sri Lanka. ex.kids chair, cartoons on tv, pool and playground. what we really like that people cleaned the territory and went to playground (just need small paint refreshing). all the staff is amazing, all are nice. breakfast has no many options but enough to be happy) thank you)

Offering river views, this fan-cooled tent has a private entrance, seating area and extra large bed with spring mattress. It includes a hot water shower, towel and shoe racks. This is a great resort with friendly professional staff. My accommodation was better than I had anticipated. I had a basic tent with a fan and I was comfortable enough. They do offer tents with AC as well.

Athgira River Camp se nachází u národního parku Udawalawe s výhledem na řeku Rakwana. K vodní nádrži Udawalawe a záchranné stanici pro slony je to jen kousek. Amazing site in the middle of nature ! Great pool, nice cabana rooms and tasty food. The perfect place to chill after or before a safari (they organize everything for you at a good price). We do recommend !

This unique tent is set on the border of the National Park and comes with a private bathroom. The place was really awesome. We had a great time with family.

Featuring carpet flooring, tents come with an outdoor living area and a private bathroom with hot-water showers. Includes a torch, umbrellas and a luggage rack. This ecolodge was enjoyable for my children, husband and myself. The tents were roomy and had flushing toilets and warm showers. The dinners were elegant on white tablecloth under the stars. The safari guide and driver did an excellent job pointing out elephant herds, birds and crocodiles at this park. I recommend this lodge.
