There is a rock next to the camp on which we were served evening tea with a super scenic sunset. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was really amazing.

We were lucky enough to have a leopard walk 10ft in front of us and watch a baby elephant and its mom. Although, it still would have been beautiful without seeing any animals. The host mother made us the best curry spread we will probably ever eat for as long as we live.

We had the pleasure of staying at their newest tent (they currently have 3 of them and some lodges). The tent is very large offers everything you need, there’s a fan, lots of wall sockets, two beds, water cooker and a bathroom attached. There’s no warm water, but you will need the cool shower :) the climate is always hot and humid. Sleeping in the tent at night with the blinds open was very comfortable. Also, there’s lots of peacocks around, it is a joy to watch them from the tent. They recently completed a new area for breakfast which looks fantastic and is very spacious. Everything around the place felt very high-class, which we did not expect, especially at this price point. The staff was extremely attentive and adjusted to your needs (e.g. breakfast time for safari). We felt like in a 5-star hotel :)

We had a very nice stay at Camp Leopard. The rooms were larger than we got the impression from the pictures. Very good guides who went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best safari experience 🐆🐘

Yala Mobile Camping provided the perfect balance of adventure and comfort. Our tent was incredibly comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. Thanks to our amazing guide, we had thrilling leopard sightings and countless other wildlife encounters. one night stay inside the national park ,its another experience for lifetime. in night we saw the Sloth bear and Leopard come close to our tent. staff is very knowledgeable they handle the encounter situation very politely. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants an authentic, luxurious, and truly wild stay in Yala.

Seriously, if you're looking for the perfect spot to run away with your partner, look no further than Podi Hoona Safari Camp! This place is a dreamy romantic getaway. Forget busy hotels—it feels like you have the whole bush to yourselves, offering the most wonderful secluded privacy to just switch off and unwind. The highlight? The staff set up a beautiful candlelit dinner under the stars for us. It was incredibly intimate and cozy—honestly, pure magic! The whole camp has such a lovely, intimate atmosphere. It's truly a place where you can relax and unwind completely. We absolutely loved every second!

Amazing deluxe room in Green Villa. Spacious, clean and good AC. Family very friendly, relaxed, flexible. We were generously treated with mangoes and other fruits from the garden. They have over 5 species of mango (consider it a local mango tasting). Swimming pool clean and close to the lake. Kind dogs that help protect from a friendly elephant visit (who also wanted a nightly mango tasting).

We were especially well looked after by Ajith and Rohana. The safaris were very enjoyable due to their knowledge. The lodge is set in an idealistic location. We had meals at different places within the compound which was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

The food was great - we had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners - all was tasty :-) The walk in the bush was very nice The rooms are comfortable and located in the middle of the wild bushes and trees - this is very unique - each room/tent is isolated from the rest
