The super friendly staff arranged for us to go a full day safari, with breakfast and lunch in the park and they kept on looking for leopards for us. The welcome tea at the rock top with sunset was breath taking. We really enjoyed our stay in the tent.

Property is breathtaking with beautiful views on the national park. Staff is exceptional: very friendly and looking out for your every need (eg bringing wet towels right after safari, setting up a private romantic dinner). Food is wonderful and the chef was very thoughtful. Safari was expertly organized, with a knowledgeable guide and great lunch set up in the park. Could not recommend more!

This tent features air conditioning. This tent features air conditioning. The Luxury Tent can accommodate 3 persons with one extra bed. It is equipped with an attached bathroom having running water. Mooie kleine safari glamping met drie tenten. Fantastische en vriendelijke ontvangst. Personeel deed er alles aan om er een fijne ervaring van te maken. Geen super luxe maar wel een echte ervaring in de natuur. Diner was heel lekker met zoveel mogelijk lokale producten. Aanrader!

Offering free toiletries, this tent includes a private bathroom with a shower and a bidet. Such a peaceful, beautiful setting and the accomodation and food was superb for a camp setting, 5 star dining under the trees and stars. Staff were delightful and so happy to assist with anything and their knowledge of the area and its flora & fauna were exceptional. Highly recommend!!

This was easily our top stay in Sri Lanka. The host was incredibly hospitable, he spoke great English and overall made our Yala experience so wonderful. Communication was always quick and easy. Also whenever we wanted to go somewhere he offered to take us in his tuk-tuk, which made getting into town easy. The breakfast was exceptional, we got to try lots of different Sri Lankan dishes, fresh fruit, omelets, toast and spreads and fresh mango juice, fresh from their many mango trees on the property. We also got dinner here one night and we were expecting just some curry and rice but we were blown away with the feast that came. Starting with a Sri Lankan soup, then came rice and curry with a whole bunch of other Sri Lankan dishes to try and then we finished off with a Sri Lankan dessert - curd and palm syrup. The room was clean and spacious and nicely decorated. We ended up being upgraded due to being the only guests during those nights. The WiFi worked well in the room, and porch area where we were served breakfast and dinner. We were also here a day after the cyclone had finished and so the national park ended up being closed. However our host was quick to organize another Safari tour just outside the park. This was such a great experience, we saw so many animals and got to go to a local temple / hill view point looking out over the national park. We were so grateful to still be able to do something despite not getting into Yala. Overall if we could rate this stay higher we would. We highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to Yala.

This tent features a seating area, barbecue and dining area. Kulu Safaris - All Inclusive ligt in Yala, op minder dan 1 km van Situlpawwa, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi, airconditioning en... Superb service, great location, delicious food. We were especially well looked after by Ajith and Rohana. The safaris were very enjoyable due to their knowledge. The lodge is set in an idealistic location. We had meals at different places within the compound which was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Peace, nature and a generous and warm host. The safari Prasad arranged was perfect - lots of elephants, a beautiful lotus lake, black- faced monkeys, lots of birds and only 3 other jeeps in the 4.5 hours. The rooms are clean, with a hammock next to a little stream, iguanas, peacocks, monkeys and eagles in the garden. Prasad's mum's coconut rotis are the best I had in my 3 weeks and the room and safari were great value. Thanamalwila has few tourists so unspoilt and the family will help with everything from bus bookings, travel advice to taking me to see a friends farm to see crops growing. The buses from Ella and Galle stop directly outside the homestay so it's really easy to get to. The safari is in Blocks 5 and 6 of Yala. If you want a peaceful safari then I highly recommend Prasad's place.

Flameback Eco Lodge ligt in Yala, op 42 km van Situlpawwa, en biedt een conciërgeservice en gratis WiFi. Het is een heerlijke locatie. Het uitzicht op het meer. De zonsopgang vanuit je lodge is adembenemend. De staff is heel erg vriendelijk en niets is hen teveel. Het eten is voortreffelijk.
