From the moment we met Larbi there was an instant connection. His welcoming warmth made us feel at home. We picked him up and drove out to his camp not knowing what to expect. We were remote, away from the tours, with waves of golden sand at our feet. After tea, Beth and I walked the dunes to watch a lovely sunset. After a delicious tagine, we were surprised with a full moon rising and a sky of stars. The quiet was deafening, then broken with Berber rhythms from Larbi, his brother Nayim and friend Bryham. We danced by the fire and then shared life stories. We now have a new desert family.

Tohle ubytování to byl nejlepší zážitek, krásné ubytování na Sahaře a naprosto výtečná obsluha ze strany ubytujícího velice slušný a sympaticky personál a hlavně nám toho spoustu řekl o Sahaře a o Maroku a velice se nám věnoval opravdu je to tam krásně a skvělí zážitek, až příště pojedeme na Saharu tak určitě zase sem doporučuji. Naprosto výjimečně a skvělé ubytování a skvělé jídlo a hodně jídla.

Ideal for before/after the Dades gorge. The parking is on the street and you have to walk a 50 meters path to the hotel. The staff helped us carry all the baggage. The room was clean and the view was outstanding, so was the view from the rooftop terraces. Ideal for having a beer (if you buy it elsewhere) after a long ride.

This tent has a kitchen, washing machine and private entrance. Chegaga Berber Camps se nachází v destinaci Mhamid a nabízí ubytování s kuchyní. Amazing experience in the dunes of Erg Chigaga. The location just in the middle of the dunes is perfect and very relaxing. Mohammed was very friendly and nice. The transfer to the camp was interesting as we were going through a desert storm so it took over 2 hours. On the way back, it took 1.5 hours. Transfer was for 90€. I would definitely go to this camp again for more nights. 🙂
