We loved going to the grotto on the property to see the glow worms. We had a person in a wheelchair and getting to the cottage was not difficult despite there being a couple stairs. This was the best thing for our mental health and our marriage. So relaxing and private and quiet with the sounds of nature and bird song. Loved not hearing traffic and really feeling that difference between city and country. We enjoyed all the extra touches like the marshmallows and the hot water bottles. The outdoor bath was huge and incredible! It was awesome to be able to cook for ourselves and that fireplace was the best. Perfect for family get aways by the beach, rooms have everything you need. Showers and toilets are clean and there plenty of them so your not waiting around. Beautiful outdoor bbq area and communal kitchen too. Highly recommend, have been a few times. We take our motorbikes up and spend a few hours out on the beach, the kids love it.
