Incredibly beautiful, you can tell they take really good care of it, mountains in the background are unbelievable. Clearly built with the environment in mind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and went above and beyond to help us. One of our laptops was stolen in the airport, and Hector the manager helped us file a police report and Maria even accompanied us and waited with us and helped with translations. The chef is also incredibly creative and even made to order meals for us that weren’t on the menu. The breakfast is also expansive and delicious and the service especially from Charlie was impeccable. They even packed us a breakfast to go when we had a very early train to Machu Picchu. It got a little chilly at night but they lit the fire for us in our room which was more than enough. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Beautifully kept and maintained property. The staff did not speak English but tried their best to communicate with us and it wasn’t really problem with the use of Google translate. They were very lovely and sweet. The facility was super clean. We really love the peaceful environment.
