Misty Mountain Reserve offre una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune e una terrazza a Stormsrivier. We originally booked a tent but it was extremely noisy and cold because of the wind. The manager agreed to upgrade us to a much nicer room, a dome, where we had a lovely stay!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like time slowed down. Surrounded by misty forests, sweeping mountain views, and absolute quiet. The cabin itself is a perfect blend of modern luxury and natural warmth. Thoughtfully designed, intimate, and effortlessly stylish, every detail felt intentional from the cozy interiors to the large windows that invite the outdoors in.

Featuring free toiletries and bathrobes, this tent includes a private bathroom with a shower and slippers. This tent is air-conditioned and has a coffee machine, a seating area and sea views. Firstly, the service we received from the whole staff was great. Secondly, we also enjoyed our hive, the room was well prepared and nice. Lastly, we enjoyed the warm bath outside.

Un luogo semplicemente meraviglioso, immerso nella natura più autentica e in un silenzio rigenerante. Ci siamo arrivati quasi per caso, durante un viaggio improvvisato lungo la Garden Route, e ci ha letteralmente rubato il cuore. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore e ospitalità, accompagnati da un eccellente braai che ci ha rifocillati. La notte, poi, è stata magica: il cielo stellato, incredibilmente limpido, ci ha regalato emozioni intense e indimenticabili. In tenda abbiamo dormito benissimo. I proprietari sono persone squisite, sempre disponibili e attente, capaci di farci sentire davvero a casa (La proprietaria è stata così gentile da addirittura lavarci un paio di pantaloni sporcati durante la cena). Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Un’esperienza autentica che porteremo con noi e che consigliamo senza esitazioni.

Set up at an elevated camp site in the garden, the tents include double or twin bedding and shared bathroom facilities with showers, toilets and wash basins. We booked 2 rooms and a tent. Tent feels like you sleep under the sky, because windows are always open. Keep it in mind if you book in cold weather (but they have a heater). Tent is very modern, bed is perfect, shower is good. Everything is very clean. You can use for free swimming pool and tubes with hot wither to relax after hiking day. Hotel offers tubing experience, but we did not try. Price was about 800 R per person.
