Landhof Waidegger Wirt is a lovely family run hotel in the heart of Gail Valley. From the staff to the food, everything was simply perfect👍🏻 The room had a nice view over hills and mountains that we enjoyed every day. We were super lucky to also enjoy breakfast at the mountains and bbq in local woods 🙂.The pool area is great to chill out after hikes and cycling trips.I also need to mention that the hotel provides extras, like free mountain bikes or entrance to the local lake beach at pressengersee. The food quality is *****! Products are mostly from the local suppliers and meals are made with passion. Cocktails are also top quality, some are with house gin made on the spot!🍹In less than 30 minutes from the hotel we enjoyed the rivers, lakes, mountains and even a canyon hike! Really good rooms with superb beds. Very, very clean. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of choice. The hosts really looked after us, lovely people, we wish them well with the business. Good location, train station close so travel in the valley, and further, easy.

The accommodation was amazing. Gabor and his wife provided us with everything we needed with a nice welcoming drink and snack. Hotel is a real family based hotel very close to the ski area (5 min by car to gondola or 20 min to top of the mountain). Breakfast was good with some special homemade salami or sweets to choose beside normal buffet options. They also provide a fantastic dinner made by themself which in my opinion is very nice. Our room was quiet large, very clean and warm, it also had a balcony with a mountain view. Car parking is free. There is a ski depot heated room which is very useful for your ski equipment. All in all, if a way brings me to that part of Austria i will definitely book with them again! Keep the good job running this business with your heart!
