Really lovely hotel with extremely friendly,helpful staff. Beautiful Spa.We loved our swim up pool rooms! Only slight drawback is that the port itself is rather a commercial,working one with little apart from a few decent restaurants.

We loved having all of our meals outside in lovely surroundings and view. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and very nice to our baby grandson. We really enjoyed the spa pool with the baby.

The hotel is a true 5 star hotel with the highest class accomadation, facilities and service. My wife and I will be going again. A genuine gem.

Was placed in room 308. Not told it was handicap accessible room. Had no shower doors. Every time a shower was taken . Entire bathroom floor flooded!
