Switzerlandeverything is outstanding in this hotel. we got an upgrade and enjoyed everything. would like to point out the friendliness of the personnel, Ms. Marina the Manager at the front desk, Cecilia at the Resturant, Mr Albano, we called him the overall man, because he helped everywhere. The whole staff was fantastic!!!
