The location was perfect - looking out on the sea and hearing the waves come rolling into the shore. Being able to sit out on the balcony, eat meals there. After three months spent touring all around NZ, this was a relaxing few days before returning to the UK. The property is next door to the relatives we came to Warilla to see so that was an added bonus. We met up with our daughters, son-in-law and grandson here and there was plenty of space for the six of us.

Het Bellevue Boutique Hotel Kiama ligt in het centrum van Kiama, op slechts 300 meter van de hoofdstraat en op 900 meter lopen van het spuitgat Kiama. Everything was prefect - well equipped kitchen, even pegs if you had to hang clothes after washing. Exceptionally clean. We did not meet the owner but communicated by sms for entry etc - owner was always fast to respond.

Great location in a very quiet suburb, comfortable little annex to the main house. It's a short walk to Little lake which is a safe place for little ones to enjoy the sea. There are also a couple of nice beaches within a couple of kilometers.
