Wonderful staff at Waldhotel, especially those in the restaurant are very attentive to our needs and requests. Excellent food at Verbena restaurant, both in terms of quality, taste and presentation. It started to snow the day we arrived. The Burgenstock turned into a winter wonderland with spectacular views. Great spa. It was a treat to appreciate the snow falling while enjoying the hot outdoor pool:-) Free tickets for the furnicular and boat to Lucerne was a plus.

The views are amazing, the staff is very welcoming and always helpful and the rooms are clean and cozy! Make sure you try the Flower Soup!! We never ate anything tastier than it. The accommodation provides an ATM, a tour desk and currency exchange for guests. The owners were super friendly and made us feel at home. The food was delicious and the views were spectacular. We had a wonderful stay.
