There are not many hotels left, which have kept or implemented important details following a thoughtful reflection on user experience. For example: the room is spacious, has lots of ceiling lights allowing you to read comfortably, swinging chair by the window, a laminated print list of TV channels, a table reserved for breakfast on the terrace or inside- which makes it 2 tables resered!; espresso or capuchino included in the buffet, a wonderful terrace overlooking the Danube... The hotel is clean, combining comfort and tradition. The staff is professional, friendly and flexible to accommodate the clients' wishes. Our room was easily accessible with the lift for an elderly person. We can join the 'ADAC - the German Automobile Club- in its appreciation and recommendation for this hotel! Passau is amazingly beautiful, but combined with a lovely hotel experience, will remain as a precious Bavarian souvenir for us! Juja Chakarova
