The arrival of a storm (the remnants of Hurricane Kirk) and the celebrations surrounding Spain's 'National Day' didn't disturb this tranquility. It is located 5 minutes away from 'San Fernando' a main shopping/cafe area of Santander and there are plenty of local bars/cafes closer to the property. The train/bus station are within a 15 minute walk and, once you get the hang of them, the local TUS bus service is great for getting around the city. I recommend getting a TUS card. I'd certainly return to this apartment if visiting Santander in the future.
