There's a grocerie store adjacent to the property. The sound proofing is excellent, we never heard the neighbors The property manager is a very nice person!

A Playa de Santiago, a 80 metri da Playa de Santiago e 26 km da Parco Nazionale di Garajonay, Serenity è un alloggio climatizzato che propone balcone e WiFi gratuito. Everything was amazing! After spending 2 weeks in Tenerife and La Gomera it was our favourite accommodation. Great location, walking distance to beach, restaurants, cafes. Very quiet at night. Parking was easy (free of charge in the large carpark in front of the pizzeria). Nicest balcony in playa de Santiago.

Casa Moni is wonderfull plays to stay, host was very nice and take care for every details. This place have great interior atmosphere and we feel like at home. We have beautifull terrace with amazing view for Playa de Santiago. That was one for our best holiday place to stay. Thank for everything - Joanna and Piotr

The location of the apartment was very good, being very close to the beach, the supermarkets, restaurants and cafeterias. There was an excellent bakery right outside the gate to the complex that I would highly recommend for it's excellent coffee, sandwiches and, of course, bread. The complex is very well looked after and clean and the gardens are interesting cared for. We liked the swimming pool and swam in it most days in January; bracing but not freezing. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The apartment was clean and had a lovely bathroom. We appreciated the Netflix on the one rainy day that we had, the wifi was also very good. The balcony overlooked the main street and there was a good view of a hill above it with a very interesting hole in a rock above. We were not disturbed by any noise from the street. We very much enjoyed our stay here and were sorry to leave.

The property is is the absolute best location right next to the pebble beach. It is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The roof terrace is huge and has sunbeds available and an outside eating area. Kitchen is well-equipped (not that we really used it) but has every utensil you could possibly want In some ways I don't want to tell people about it so it will be available when we want to come! :)
