With an elegant Jacobean Great Hall, this resort a features a leisure centre and traditional restaurant. The place is just amazing. Beautiful surroundings, incredible staff, clean and comfy rooms!! Honestly we will definitely come back!! PS. I would suggest to anyone staying at Thurnham Hall, if you want to eat at the Lemon tree make sure to book well in advance, I unfortunately naively thought I would be able to book a table a day before and lost the opportunity to dine there (completely my fault).

Situato fronte spiaggia a Morecambe, ad appena 400 metri da Morecambe North Beach, l’alloggio The Snug on Hornby prevede il WiFi gratuito. Walking into the Snug felt like we were at home. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly have wanted. There was more than enough facilities that meant we could cook for ourselves and a table to eat at as well. The bed was comfy, shower powerful and hot. Couldn't ask for more. We were there for our civil partnership and having 3 days there made the whole thing stress free and Marie went above and beyond in all aspects. Would recommend to anyone.

A rare blend of coastal calm and countryside escape. The cottage has everything a self-catering traveller could wish for—thoughtfully equipped, effortlessly comfortable. With major shops just around the corner, daily life flows with ease, letting you slip into the rhythm of the town like you belong there. It’s the kind of place that lets you go beyond sightseeing—where, for a short while, you stop being a visitor and start being a local. And really, there’s no better way to understand a place than to live as one of its own. To top it all off, there’s your own private parking bay—no circling the block, no stress—and the WiFi is fast and reliable, for those moments when you need to reconnect with the outside world. The hosts were superb: warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. When I accidentally broke an ornamental bowl, they wouldn’t even hear of me paying for it—a small gesture that spoke volumes about their generosity of spirit.
