The 5-star Park Hyatt Chennai features a spa with rooftop infinity pool and fitness centre offering panoramic city views and views of the Guindy Forest Reserve. All the staff were amazing. The breakfast staff were very helpful. I caught a cold from all the fans going at the wedding events I attended (Not from the Hyatt) and the staff made me a hot water lemon and ginger drink to help me feel better, and then gave me a takeaway cup to go. Greatly appreciated. The security staff were also welcoming and helpful, and very thorough. They also kept me updated on the cyclone and flight cancellations. So special thanks to the head of security. Our room assistant kept our room spotlessly clean and was so friendly and nice. The reception staff were also amazing and helpful especially Zoya. Nothing was too much trouble. I would certainly return to the Park Hyatt Chennai. Thank you to all your amazing staff, you made our 12 day stay very special.

Loved the location and view from the rooms. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far. We could drive into the city in 10 mins to get to restaurants. Kannan was very helpful with organising activities and other details. Rooms were clean and spacious.

This place is perfect if you want a quiet escape in beautiful surroundings. We had the Tranquility room, which is so nicely decorated and has two terraces, wow. The front terrace is shared but the rear terrace is private. Loved hearing all the morning birdsong sitting outside. The room is super clean, loved the bed. There are a couple hammocks on the grounds. We left before the breakfast time but they made us something simple. Credit cards accepted with no surcharge.

From start to finish, my experience was exceptional, and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service and quality provided. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk staff, who made check-in smooth and effortless.The room was absolutely pristine, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Throughout my stay, the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. I especially enjoyed the gym and the pool. The on-site restaurant exceeded expectations, offering delicious and diverse menu options. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive with a wide range of fresh and flavorful options. The family run Radosri is a truly exceptional place to stay. The lovely and very comfortable, clean rooms are arranged around a beautifully cared for garden. It was a joy to sit outside our room and enjoy the flowers arranged the courtyard. Our host was really helpful in organising tours of Ooty and Coonoor and ascertaining what we would enjoy for breakfast and evening meals. All of the staff worked hard to make us feel at home and not just tourist’s passing through.The home stay is in a ideally located visit places of interest in both towns. The home stay is a short rickshaw ride away from the stunning Sims Park gardens. It was possible to walk from Radosri along a quiet country lane to reach a fine dining restaurant and also Sims Park. Breakfasts at Radosri were included in the price of accommodation and again were exceptional including fruit and yoghurt, an omelette and a different type of Indian breakfast item each day, as well as coffee or tea. We choose to eat an evening meal at Radosri each day at extra cost.We selected our evening meal from a wide menu in the morning to enable fresh ingredients to be used. The meals were of excellent quality with the chef taking delight in our positive comments. The meals were again exceptional value for money. We can recommend a stay at Radosri without reservation and will be recommending the home stay to our friends who may be visiting the area.
