The staff spoke good Italian and were extremely helpful, and used a translation app to translate to English where necessary.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere The property was also in a fantastic location, just a 12-minute walk from the nearest metro station, 12 minutes to the historical center, and about 35 minutes to Municipio station, where the castle is located. The place itself was perfect, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were warm and cozy, which was a huge plus since we visited Naples during very cold days. It truly made our stay pleasant and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Naples!
