Communication was clear and easy. When had a specific request and he went out of his way to try and accommodate us. We did not use the kitchen but everything you need was available. We even got a bottle of wine on the house. Close to the station and supermarket. The washing machine was a blessing. Detergent and softener were provided. We Stayed here and visited Cinque Terri both days. La Spezia had a lot to offer as well. We enjoyed the evenings and vibrant night life.
