Right on the beach and has a spacious porch for sitting. We enjoyed grilling one night with meat a local service delivered. A pleasant stay- I’d recommend.

The breakfast prepared exceeded my expectations as the landlady hand delivered different food every day. We requested to have a BBQ on the first night in and she set up the facilities for us ahead of time. Everything was so thoroughly prepared and we felt so well taken care of. One of the best apartments I’ve stayed in a long time. Highly highly recommend.

We loved the warm welcome by the owner and the large, comfortable room with a balcony. Mimitsu is a beautiful, quiet area full of traditional house and we had a wonderful time there.

The room is spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located just by the sea. There’s an ice and drink vending machine near the rooms’ lift lobby, which is a great and convenient feature. Bed is comfortable and staffs are friendly. You can park your car at the lots opposite the hotel which they will help to pay when the parking space are full outside the hotel

Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower is gelegen in Miyazaki, op 4,1 km van Miyazaki Phoenix Zoo, en biedt accommodatie met gratis fietsen, gratis privéparkeren, een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad en een... De locatie was top het is wat ver van Miyazaki af daarom moet je wel een auto hebben. Voor de rest is het ander hotel dan verwacht hadden. Het is een enorm complex waarbij alles aanwezig is. Volgens mij is het meer de bedoeling dat je ook dan in dit hotel blijft en gebruik maken van een van de vele restaurants, de onsen en barretjes. Het uitzicht was fantastisch in ieder geval.
