Ook de service en behulpzaamheid was erg zorgvuldig en goed. Super goed gegeten ook, sukiyaki in het zusterhotel er naast. Ook de kunst in het hotel maakt het authentiek.

SEKIYA RESORT Terrace Midoubaru is located a 15-minute drive from JR Beppu Station and boasts guestrooms with a semi open-air bath. Guests can soak in the hot spring bath. Prachtige ligging, geweldig uitzicht over Beppu. Echt een prachtige kamer met heerlijk bad. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! En het diner en ontbijt waren een geweldige Japanse smaakbeleving.

Yufuin-Sanso Waremokou biedt ruime kamers in Japanse stijl met een prachtig uitzicht op de natuur en de stad. Stayed for two nights. Our room had two outdoor onsens which was well maintained and clean. Room is a little dated but still clean. As we had a half board package, daily breakfast and dinner were included. Food was superb with a hearty Japanese breakfast and dinner was shabu shabu on the first night and bbq on the second. Service was top notched. We had a nice Nepalese lady looking after us. We had a private room for all our meals and were very well looked after. Lastly, the staff took our photo and printed it out for us for keepsake upon check out. Nice gesture. I had an extra photo taken with the owner's little brown poodle Hazel. :)

別府 鉄輪温泉 萬力屋別館 ManrikiyaBekkan Beppu Kannawa ligt op 26 km van Oita Bank Dome en 5,4 km van station Beppu, en is voorzien van kamers met airconditioning en een gedeelde badkamer in Beppu. The lady owner was just so nice. I felt welcomed right away. I also appreciated the kinds words with the breakfast. The room was also very nice, with a futon and tatami, and you also get to have a reserved time to access the Onsen. Location is also very good. Walkable distance to most of the Beppu hells and the two remaining ones can be reached by bus. Bus stations are nearby, whether you want to go the further hells, Beppu station or Fukuoka.
