I have no words to describe the exceptional customer service we received at this Riad. Rashid and his team are absolutely amazing in everything and every way. We felt we were staying in a five star hotel. I have not seen this level of customer service any where in all my travels.

The Riad offers taxi services for pick up or drop off (airport,…) and the staff is taking you to the cars themselves which is very handy not to get lost in the multiple streets of Marrakesh.

It is a 15-minute walk from Jemaa El Fna Square. This was probably the best hotel experience I've had. The riad is very clean and located on a rather quieter street in the Medina. The staff was exceptional, they know how to make you feel welcomed and to cater to your needs. Many thanks to Malek, Ismail, and Suleiman. What was an extremely pleasant surprise was the food. Amazing delicious and diversified breakfast. We also opted for dinner after a tiring day, and the new chef did a brilliant job. We had 3 lovely courses with memorable tagines. We left Marrakesh, but we are already missing this gem. When we are back in Marrakesh, we will choose the same riad for sure.

Riad Alaka is a comfortable and very welcoming place to say. The location is very good for most attractions. Although not a restaurant, a meal can be arranged with beer and wine. The food was delicious and matched any other we tried in Marrakech. The breakfasts were also very good. The highlight was the staff; very professional and friendly. Aziz, the manger was extremely helpful. He willingly sorted out a couple of problems (with outside companies- not the Riad) we had which we were very grateful for. We would most definitely stay here again.
