Absolutely everything The location is great, very close to the centre as well as to the main bus station and railway station The building looks very charming, and inside is full of period characters, beautifully decorated, everywhere is super clean and immaculate The owner/manager was very responsive and communication is great But What really impressed us and make our stay was special was that we left a valuable and sentimental watch in the apartment and when the staff double out we were already in Plovdiv. The owner/manager went through all the trouble to arrange the fast courier for the watch to be delivered to our hotel in Plovdiv on the next day. We were so grateful If you ever visit Burgas, stay here and you won't be disappointed

I recently booked a stay at the Hotel Chance in Sarafovo, Burgas, for my mom, and I have to say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The place was spotlessly clean and had a really lovely atmosphere that made my mom feel right at home. Honestly, it’s one of those little gems where you can tell the people running it really care about their guests. I arrived at about 8 plus am on an overnight train. The owner rushed to clean up a room so that I could get settled in early. Truly appreciate. The property is within walking distance to the coast. I saw both sunset and sunrise. Pure joy to witness the magnificent authority of the Almighty. It is easy to reach the property. Take bus 15 from the bus station behind (?) the train station. It cost 1.50 lev. There is a bus conductor who would give you change. (But this is likely to change sooner or later.) Tell the conductor you are going to Sarafovo and stopping at Radi Nikolov bus stop. (the son of the owner provided me with the information via Booking.com messaging.
