The facilities were great, room was nice with curtains and AC, quiet at night. I thought the staff were amazing, I really liked Estevan (hope I’m spelling it correct) was amazing, helpful, friendly, funny and charming. I’d stay again if I return to Santa Cruz.

We chose this place for a week getaway and were very pleasantly surprised! It offers much more than you would expect for the price. Our room was lovely and, most importantly, spotlessly clean. The bed was large and comfortable, which is not always a given. The real treat was the amazing view from our window, it felt like we had a postcard right in our room. The rooftop is a fantastic bonus. The swimming pool is lovely for a cool dip, and having both a steam and dry sauna was a luxury we didn't expect. It was the perfect way to relax. The location is great and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We are already planning to return on our next visit. A real gem!
