Victoria and Ornella were so nice!!! They helped us with everything and also let us in their new, unopened hostel for one night, because we didnt find a accomodation. We felt always very comfortable with them, they are the sweetest!

Absolutely wonderful hosts! We were made to feel at home, the breakfasts were delicious, and we were given a takeaway breakfast on one morning when we had to leave early. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but small and there was only one for all the rooms to share. It did not cause a problem for us, but it may be a problem at peak times if the B&B is full.

The receptionist, Karen (apologies if wrong spelling) was friendly and helpful in giving recommendations and helping us book a taxi. The shower and bed were comfortable. The place was clean and well decorated. Secure place.

The room was huge and cozy. Loved the quality of the bed and the shower was great. Jorge was a friendly person and he allowed me to check in at 11 am as I arrived early. The breakfast was good. I had an excellent stay in this hostel and this is a perfect hostel to stay in Punta Arenas given its central location.
