We met on my first day, and he was always there to assist, support, and guide me, making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. People like him are rare, and his attitude truly makes this place feel like home. The hotel itself is wonderful: very affordable, yet offering a stunning view of the Pyramids. It is honestly the best value for money you can find near such a world wonder. Rooms are clean, the staff is attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price - tasty and satisfying, which is perfect after a long day of exploring. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza who wants to combine comfort, excellent service, and a reasonable price. Loved everything about this place. The family are so sweet and make you feel right at home. Awesome breakfast on the rooftop with unobstructed views of the pyramids. Clean and quiet for a great price. You couldn't ask for more.
