It was cleaned every day, check in was very easy, it is exactly what we expected. It is in de "Spanish" part of Barcelona where u spend your time with te locals and not with tourist. Direct metro line to the centrum.

Location was in residential area, very safe and quiet. Room was spacious and super clean and breakfast was sufficient with a good variety. Coffee and tea (and hot water) was free and available up to 11pm and it was possible to store food in the fridge.

Nice little hotel, single room is on the smaller side but that was expected from photos. Quiet at night, comfortable bed, close to metro Sant Antoni and Urgell. Felt safe to walk alone late at night. Some very nice places to have breakfast or dinner within 5-10 minutes walk. What really surpassed my expectations were staff members. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you! :)
