Arriving at Le Petit Accent was like stepping into a storybook. Our guesthouse was located on a beautiful and serene property that was perfect for some R&R. It was spacious yet cozy & we so appreciated the little touches left to help us feel welcome (like a bottle of local cider!). Instructions for self-check in were easy to follow and we appreciated that the space was ready for us 2h earlier than normal. The kitchen was well outfitted and good for cooking, the shower had great water pressure, and the bed was comfy. (Yes, the shower & toilet are attached to the kitchen, but that didn't bother us at all.) It was a quick drive to a nearby grocery store (Lidl) and only about 30 min to Giverny/Monet's house. We would 100% stay here again and, in fact, we really wish we had stayed more than 1 night)... I guess we'll just have to come back again one day!

A really really great apartment on a very nice location in a very special village. The design is great, the layout as well and the large quiet garden was teriffic. We spent just a few days in Giverny, which of course is very crowded during the day but remarkably quiet and breathtakingly beautiful in the morning and at night, but wished we would have planned a few days extra. Absolutely great stay!,

Our family stay at La Petite Maison de Giverny was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, our hosts, Caroline and Hugues, went above and beyond to ensure our visit was exceptional. They surprised us with delightful local gastronomical treats, fresh flower arrangements from their own garden, provided excellent restaurant recommendations, and even had toys ready for our daughter, making her feel right at home. The location of the property is nothing short of amazing, nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Giverny, within walking distance to Monet's house and gardens. The accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way; contemporary modernity unified with old world charm and amplified with every high tech amenity and high end finishes/details, all without taking away from the historical feel of the estate that it was rebuilt on, truly deserving a rating beyond 5 stars. High end finishes all through out the property, water pressure that is just right and even a collection of books and magazines to enjoy while relaxing. Staying here felt like living in a dream, or perhaps a living painting. We wholeheartedly recommend La Petite Maison de Giverny to anyone looking for an extraordinary getaway. You will not want to leave.... Not to mention the fabulous outdoor sauna, which was just divine on a rainy afternoon in mid May. Caroline and Hugues, we look forward to coming back again! The wing that our family had was lovely. Well-decorated, and comfortable!!! Every necessity was in place, from bathroom soaps to snacks and tea!!! The proximity to Giverny was perfect - out of the mainstream, but close enough to be at the garden gates first line! Most important was the time and generosity of Gregoire and Sylvia, as they shared their home with us for an amazing tour of the wine caves and a wine tasting. They were gracious in sharing the history of the Chateau and how they became owners. We felt like we were treated like family! Merci Beaucoup!

sleeping in a 13th century tithe barn was the actual experience. Coffee in rooms was good. Decor top class. The owners of this historic building went all out to keep it authentic to its age, but with modern amenities. I loved the 19th century basin in bathroom. How often do you get the oppertunity to experience a 1000 year building like this?

It was a really good place, it´s close to Giverny and Vernon, the little town is beautiful as well. The service was super nice, they are kind people and it´s a cozy and perfect room. I recommend going by car because the buses are not a regular service in the area, actually, the family I helped with that because I was needing back to Paris on the weekend, so that, if you don´t have car it´s better to check the buses and trains beforehand.
