Our third visit, locationwise a good place to start coming from the ferry in Newcastle. Also knowing it's clean and comfortable after a night on the ferry. Great breakfast!

We appreciated all the attention to even the finest of details from the bathroom items, to the decoration, tea/coffee service etc. We thought it was charming to have paper doilies under our cups and appreciated proper cloth napkins. The personnel were fabulous. The food was excellent. The Staff and everything really was very professional. Highly recommended. Merci beaucoup Jacqueline and Marc.

Such a delightful place to stay. Host was amazing with lots of travel tips and a delicious breakfast each day. Lovely rooms. Exceptional stay. We enjoyed it very much. Our host even did some washing for us. Above and beyond!

The room was very stylish and the beds were so comfortable, next to a road but we couldn’t hear a thing at night so we got a peaceful nights sleep with a 3 year old! There was a nice little fish pond fountain outside which my little boy loved! The owner John I think his name was sorry terrible with names was very friendly he couldn’t do enough for us was always around to ask questions. The full English breakfast he put out for us was absolutely lovely and our 3 year old had a selection of different cereals. Will definitely be going back
