We spent 11 days in this apartment. It’s was amazing! Very clean, comfortable and modern rooms. Great location, 5 minutes to the beach and markets. But the best was the landlady Vasiia! It's not on the sea side, so do not expect an amazing view. But the hotel is in a walking distance to the beach, thermal hotspots and restaurants. But I will give an amazing 5* to the owners. We had an issues with the guest (booking provide less than it should be) but we dealt it easy Also the breakfast is worth money

We passed through Livanatai for just one night en route to Athens, and we chose Florakis because it looked comfortable, clean and lovely with its beautiful plants on its terrace. It was all that and more - the host was super-helpful, the location was very central and convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended!
