The location is exceptional. I liked a lot the private beach and the beautiful garden. The stuff is very very kind. The food was excelent. There are a lot of vegetarian specialities too, local goods. It is just awsome. Very good vibes, good music and special atmosphere. Children friendly.

The place is well kept and nicely furnished. Plenty of little details and relaxing corners. What made our stay very special was Eleana. She is just the perfect host and made our vacation unforgettable. Very highly recommended, specially if you travel with kids.

Splendid location, very clean and comfortable. The food was very tasty, original, but they were able to cater for our child, who is a fussy eater . The place is a family run and you can feel welcome by the whole family. They also sell some local goodies and very cool t-shirts and other activities. Due to the bad weather our plan had to change and the owner was happy to offer a solution and help!!! Also they were happy to share a local knowledge of the place and were easy to chat. Highly recommend! if only we knew it would be so nice we would plan a longer stay. The village itself was also wonderful, very quiet, authentic with kind friendly people and amazing scenery. Wonderful welcome & fabulous people run Sofias Rooms. Very clean, great location, view of the sea from the terrace & helpful personnel. Also their minimarket is very convenient too. I recommend this hotel!

Everything was great for us! Apartment is artistically decorated, very clean and there is everything you need for your stay. The view is spectacular! If parking in front of the building is full, then there are parking options in 100m radius from the building. There are several tavernas, coffee shop and supermarket near the apartment. Nearby beaches can be reached 10-15 minutes by car. As already mentioned in other reviews hosts Penelope and Giannis are great, warm and very welcoming couple. All recommendations for this place!

very nice place, and a very hospitable host. The view from the balcony is great and the studio is very well equipped, and the place is in a very quiet location. 10 minutes walking distance from Damnoni beach and 20-25 from Plakias I can say that the host welcomed us very well with excellent homemade olive oil and the traditional Cretan raki. We definitely recommend the place especially for active people looking for peace and quiet, we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful premises, gorgeous view. Good fresh air. Thomas was extremely forthcoming and helpful. Treated us with a welcome drink and watermelon in the morning. We stayed in a room for five. Simple but spacious and clean.
