We stayed for 7 nights, we liked everything about this place. The owners Stella and Nickos, for sure the nicest people in Neos Marmaras. The moment they welcome you, you feel like at home. Location is perfect. Room and bathroom were super clean. Balcony view was amazing. There were parking options around all the time. All you need for a perfect vacation, you cannot ask for more.

Just wonderful! This place exceeded our expectations. It was more then just a stay, it was a whole experience. This family runs the business with all their heart and you can feel that. I would come back over and over to this location. You have all the facilities you need. Even sailing and other activities if you want can be arranged. Breakfast is amazing with homemade goods from their own garden. Rooms are clean. Service is excelent. The garden there, this smell of pines and flowers is great. They think also about small details, so that your stay there is just perfect.

Our stay was wonderful! The villa was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The owner and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We especially loved the delicious breakfast and the spectacular view from the villa. Watching the sunset from the pool was pure bliss. The villas are new, modern and really beautiful. They were clean and had everything you need. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Yanis and his family were amazing hosts, even helped us with renting a boat. Sarti is 5 minutes away by car. We enjoyed our vacation very much!
