At first, the number of steps up from the Stradun (main street of Old Town Dubrovnik) to the front door and then the stairs to our apartment (on the top floor) were daunting, but by the end of our stay they had become second nature. Our manager, Biba, went above and beyond in assisting us with a porter to carry our luggage up and down and in responding instantly to our every request, even when she was unwell, recommending places of interest, tours, restaurants, etc.; Biba made our stay all that more enjoyable Our room was compact and comfortable, cosy, quiet at night and clean; all facilities were available. The apartments are ideally located in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik, just minutes away from everything.

The room is great, bath tub is a very special and useful addition. Room also has a Bose speaker which is just great, alongside coffee maker with several capsules, safe, fridge... Building is near the very center of Old Town Dubrovnik (Stradun/Placa street).

Dubrovnik old city is hard to access by car - finding a parking place is a big problem. Villa Orabelle was just about 15-20 min walking distance, you can't probably get much closer. A la carte breakfast was very good, with terrific view to the sea. Public beach just 1 min away. Very friendly service.

The view from the establishment is absolutely fantastic and makes up for the stairs you climb to reach the apartment, which is, by the way, a typical part of any visit to Dubrovnik. The host’s attention to every guest is the best I have experienced in my worldwide travels, and she is always available with advice on visiting tourist spots or for any specific needs of guests. This apartment was in Old Town Dubrovnik it was right in the middle of everything just over a fabulous restaurant and the food and staff there were amazing. We couldn't recommend it more

A beautiful guesthouse located two stops from the main bus terminal by bus 8. The place was more beautiful and clean than the photos. The host Ante was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. He was so kind and helpful, he offered to give me a ride whenever he could. Ante is like a live navigation, upon arrival he gave a thorough orientation on the map of Dubrovnik with lots of good recommendations. Thank you, Ante for your kindness and hospitality!
