location is great and in the middle of north of goa. it has not any breakfast but edward give us everthing for preparing breakfast. whatever we need he gives us as soon as possible. The rooms are so clean and it has everything that we need. he gives us fresh towels evereyday and he cleans the room. if i want to describe in one word : fantastic stay

What a magnificent old and well maintained house in a quite spot in Goa, with a short walk to the beach. What stood out though where the people working there, who were beyond friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and easily the best one around. The location is very good, within walking distance of the attractions. For the Old Goa you can take local bus, from bus station, which is like 800 m distance. The owner will give you a map, and even a plan, how to visit Panaji (Panjim). Sharon and Roy will take care of you, like a mama and papa :) Very warm-hearted and helpful people, I had sore throat, they gave me medicine, and made ginger tea :) Spacious and clean rooms in a beautiful old house.

    I liked the hospitality of Patricia and her husband's at the guest house. We had a good time as the beach , shops and market are close by. We had a comfortable and peaceful stay.
