It‘s a pity we could stay only one night! The suites are brand new and exactly as in the pictures. The community kitchen & terrace are lovely and very comfy, the kitchen is very well equipped with free fruit, cakes, cookies, juices & coffee. The rooms are situated in a quiet courtyard in the center, directly opposite of a stylish enoteca and a welcoming local osteria - we loved it and will come again when in the area!

This is a place to stay without hesitation; it's reasonably priced for the quality it offers. Ideally located, very close to the airport. The room is tastefully decorated with attention to detail and impeccably clean. Breakfast has a wide variety. The owner, Mr. Roberto greeted us on our arrival and showed us to the apartment which is brand new, well maintained and very cozy and comfortable to be in. There is also a parking place in front of the building, within the yard, so one does not need to worry about the vehicle. The apartment features absolutely everything you may need for your stay in Udine: fridge, hair dryer, water kettle, Smart TV, towels, etc. Great value for money. Thank you Roberto!

The location was excellent.Very clear,very nice renovated.The shower was great.The room was spacious enought.Had a coffee machine, kettle and few snacks for breakfast. Although is on a busy street there is no noise.Easy to check in.
