The breakfast at Martinucci which was where the breakfast vouchers were for was excellent! The cappuccino, fresh peach juice and croissant was fab! The location of the hotel is so good, right in the heart of the old town. Check-in was easy. The room was beautiful and good size. Bed was comfortable, slept very well. Room was also cleaned every day. Vito Tarantino was always very helpful with any queries I had. He was always quick to respond via WhatsApp. As we had a late flight home, he allowed us to store our luggage in the reception area after check-out which was very helpful indeed. My daughter and I both enjoyed our stay very much.

A little gem overlooking the sea I’ve been lucky enough to stay in many beautiful places over the years, but Meraviglia truly stands out. The house is well cared for, welcoming, and spotlessly clean, but what makes it truly special is the view: a sight that never gets old. Every evening, the sunset over the harbour made us pause and simply watch in silence. A genuine, unfiltered beauty. The location is also perfect: just a short walk from Gallipoli’s historic centre, yet in a quiet area where you can hear nothing but the sound of the sea. The host was always available but never intrusive, with a kind and authentic attitude that’s hard to find. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance between comfort, beauty, and atmosphere. Meraviglia is truly the right name for it.

Good position as it was close to the centre and from railway station. The room was brand new and had a terrace on the roof but no view from this specific room as it was facing the inner building. The staff was very kind to accommodate me earlier and helped me with luggage.

Room Milo is in a great location, close to the old town, Corso Roma, and all beaches are easily accessible with a short walk. Clean, tidy room, cleaned every two days. Daiana was very kind, since there was no bus or train from Lecce when we arrived, so she came to pick us up with her own car.

    This is a lovely apartment in a great location within the old town of Gallipoli. Although the apartment is in the the old town it was in a very quiet street at night. Breakfast was in a lovely little cafe serving typical Italian pastries, made in the cafe and were delicious. Parking was easy in the car park at the port, it was 10 euros per night. Federica was an excellent host, keeping in touch throughout our stay, ensuring that we had everything we needed.
