JapanThe beds were incredibly comfortable after a long day of travel.
While this was not my first time I had stayed at La Union, I definitely liked it better this time. When I stayed there in 2021 there were no curtains over the bed entrances and this has made a massive difference in comfort and overall sleeping.

MalaysiaEvery single thing was amazing. The dorm and bed was so nice, spacious and comfy. Everything is super duper clean, it all looks new. The staff are so so nice, really very polite and friendly and helpful. All their equipment is really good, from the kitchen oven, microwave, stove etc to their rental bicycle (I've rented all over Japan but never got such an amazing one like they have here). It was very hard to leave. And the onsen was nice with a view of the forest outside. I had a wonderful 2 days here. Such good value. Best hostel I've ever stayed in!

Nice little onsen with an amazing staff. The town is exactly what you would expect from an onsen town and this hostel makes it accessible to everybody, loved it!

The dormitory/ pod sleeping space is spacious and well equipped with power and fan. Many good quality amenities such as face wash and moisturizer are provided. Location is 5-10 mins walk from Fukushima station and there are many restaurants/ shops near by. The host is very friendly and can speak English well.
