Less than a 5-minute drive from the city center, this hotel is nestled on a vast plain, creating a tranquil escape. Its location is convenient for Sigiriya (approximately a 30-minute drive), downtown Dambulla, and the cave temples. The room was comfortable, the amenities worked flawlessly, the garden setting was delightful, and the staff were warm and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and highly recommended! For such a reasonable price, with such a good accommodation and breakfast, and a prime location, it's truly excellent!

One of the best properties in dambulla. The room is spacious and super clean. Right from the bath towels to soap, shampoo shower gel everything was provided. We have stayed in a few BB's that's not the case everywhere. Our package included breakfast we came back to the room after sigiriya climb very late but still the host sanjiv and madhu were very kind enough to provide breakfast and allow us late checkout, It was very kind of them. We really enjoyed their company and the endless conversation during dinner. A super good place to stay.

Really cosy. Felt welcomed like a family member. Helped me plan my two days stay, helped me get a driver who showed me around to the lake on the way to Sigiriya. Made home cooked breakfast and dinner which was delicious. Also helped me get a buss the next day to Kandy very fast. Helped with early check in. Super clean and the room had everything. You could see the monkeys from the bathroom window. Best AC I've ever had.

I was in the accommodation with Upul and his family, they are very affectionate and very good hosts, the rooms is new are very large and comfortable, the place is away from the noise but close to all the tourist spots. The owner went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. He took us on a sunset tour to the most beautiful hidden spot for free! He also drove to Sigiriya after leaving for a very reasonable price. Nothing was too much hassle. He also recommended a great buffet breakfast place only 2 min walk away only 800lkr. The room was so beautiful and felt luxurious. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The shower was hot. The AC was great. We felt so relaxed here in the beautiful green garden. Everything you need is only a 5 minute tuk tuk ride away (if you feel like leaving as it is so relaxing here)! We could not have had a better stay, thanks so much!

The garden is gorgeous! The house is located in the end of a central but quite quiet street , so we had the best sleep during our trip here. Room and sheets were very clean , they let us check in around 12:30 , which is a plus. We got a tuk-tuk ride to the bus station, and they literally put us up to the bus, with some fresh rambutan with our hands. :)

    Great place to stay. Friendly owner, who takes care of all his guests, ensuring they enjoy the stay in his guest house and Sri Lanka. And helping to plan the visit for those who haven't yet specified their plans Place is close to the city centre but in quiet area with no traffic noise. Restaurant with delicious food available (best roti I have ever eat). Tuk tuk and taxi service available. I would recommend it for everyone who plans to visit Dambulla.
