Ugo and Eva are the sweetest couple, and they went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and cared for. They picked us up from the airport (twice) and even drove us to dinner. It was my birthday, so they told the restaurant to light up a candle for me at dessert! Their place is beautiful, super clean, and cosy. They really made our stay very special. 100% recommended. This small, friendly hotel is right in the center of Tana--easy walking to sights, shops, and restaurants--but is so peaceful. The pool and veranda are wonderful places to relax. The staff are amazing(!!): welcoming, attentive, and always there to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. I will return, should I find myself in Tana again.

We loved our stay at Meva Guesthouse. Beautiful grounds, and the spacious rooms. Fabienne and her staff were very accommodating. They really helped coordinate our late arrival, sketchy departure times on Tsardia, and left-luggage arrangements. They prepped delicious meals, and attended our every request. Very comfortable rooms, and bedding, with great baths and plenty of hot water. We would stay again, no doubt.

Before our trip, communication with the owner was pleasant, she always responded promptly on WhatsApp and was very helpful. The hotel is located away from the noise of the city, with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel, its grounds, and rooms are very beautiful and cozy. The hotel is new, everything is very clean and tidy, and the mattress is very comfortable. There is no menu at the hotel, but they will prepare anything you ask for, and it will be tastier than in a restaurant. Any request we had was fixed quickly. The hotel owner and staff are very pleasant people. Additionally, there are two cute dogs living there. We spent a day and night at this hotel with great pleasure and will recommend it to our friends.

Room was palatial, and Ives and his staff incredibly attentive and helpful. Food was generous . Very much personal service. Close to airport, and I felt much safer in Ivato than in Antananarivo.
