Everything was beautiful, we recommend it 100% . 30 meters from the beach.  Quiet and cozy. 100 meters from center town . Lots of nice restaurants with great food. And a big casino just on the side. We are coming back for sure !!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big, very up to date and clean. The view was stunning. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was plentiful. Highly recommended.

The PERFECT studio exists and is located in Botica Guest House. Not only does it provide everything you need to make your stay pleasant, like a perfectly functioning kitchen and fridge, convenient room size, comfortable beds and blankets and hot shower water when you most need it, it's also located near everything in Espinho, a secret gem in Northern Portugal and the Porto area. Elisabete, the owner, handles the property personally and makes sure nothing's missing before you arrive and during your stay, and does so so discreetly you feel almost at home. Botica has a story, too. It was the old pharmacy and laboratory of the town, hence its name. Now fully renovated, the decoration and room names pay homage to the medicinal plants used for generations, taking the visitor back to what it once was in a way you'll enjoy being in a historic place that helped so many people in the Espinho area. The same family that built and ran the pharmacy is now running the Guest House so you are supporting the local economy and talent by staying here, and you do that enjoying every comfort. I was visiting Espinho for a sports competition thinking I would leave for Porto the next day. I ended up extending my stay for an extra night as I wanted more time to enjoy the outstanding beach with the ocean waves and also make me a well deserved breakfast with local products bought from a supermarket less than a minute away from Botica. Porto and Aveiro are just 25 minutes away from the property's doors and it's just so easy to arrive by train. An extra feature: Check the dishes/dinnerware if you want to discover a real piece of Portuguese quality and beauty. Thank you Elisabete and the Botica team!

I spent 4 nights here and I loved it! So cosy, stylish, quiet, and super clean! Beds are very comfortable, I had a huge bathroom with a rain shower, whole wall mirror and a classy cabinet. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I asked for a table to be able to work at and I was given a big family room to go with it. Leaving on a Sunday, I was allowed to check out in the afternoon. 100% going back there next time I come to Espinho. Thank you for everything!

I liked everything and would recommend this accommodation 100%. To be honest I booked the place last minute and didn't have high expectations but I was so happy when we arrived there - literally there was nothing to complain. The check-in was efficient and painless. Email and text sent had all the information for contactless check-in and hosts accommodated our late arrival. Room was very clean and we had some nespresso coffee pods, cookies and mini-chocolates for the morning from our hosts Andre and Daniela :) I appreciated how fast and easy we checked in and out. It is not your typical hotel room, more of an apartment set-up but I didn't feel any difference and to be honest I liked it more. Plus it was a great value for the price and last-minute reservation. I will definitely recommend the place to anyone who likes to save on the stay without compromising the privacy and quality of the sleep - beds and pillows were super comfortable, even better than the hotel I stayed next day!

Mariana and her family were some of the loveliest people I've met. Between the location near a wildlife reserve, the beach, other beach towns, Porto, and the train, as well as each day's breakfast, hospitality, and comfy, two-part rooms, I was in a solo traveler's heaven. Small, real lil Portuguese town. Perfect spot for people coming through for a night or staying for a week (or more).

Very nice familiar hotel and everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy walking distances and and good bar inside the hotel, as well as a good breakfast. For car drivers very important: on request they have a good parking garage for a reasonable price very close to the hotel. All in all a very nice stay.
