Great experience throughout. Clean and safe accommodation near one of Ayutthaya's busy spots, with prime access to street food and shops. Comfortable place with top floor terrace overlooking confluence. Nice room, comortable bed with hard matterace. Big kitchen well equiped . Great, communicative host who speaks good English. We had a very nice stay! The room and the premises are very nicely decorated. The hosts are so nice. As it is located just outside the center, it is very quite. There are nice restaurants and a good coffee bar close by. You can use the free bicycles to explore the temples, which are only 10 min. away. The breakfast is lovely: homemade jam, choice between Thai dish or eggs, very tasteful coffee, ... Don't hesitate to stay here!

The guesthouse was spotlessly clean. There was lots of attention paid to small details like having a desk and fridge in the room (which was spacious). And the lady who greeted us was super welcoming and helpful. We rented bikes from her and she gave us advice on where to visit. If you come by train, it's fun to take the boat across from the train station, and the guesthouse just five minutes by foot from the boat.
