It was incredible there. The cottages were super clean, new and renovated, cozy, and with absolutely everything you needed. We spent just one night there but we would have stayed for much longer there. The beach is less than 1 min walking and the views and panorama are just amazing. Every cottage got its own barbecue and there are bigger ones in the common places so it is perfect for stays with friends. We were travelling as a couple but the place is also great for families and also pet friendly. I absolutely recommend it!

Everything was excellent! The villa are high class and very luxuries, the breakfast was superb. We are coming back, especially if I'm going to be married sometime :-) The facilities are prefect for a big wedding <3

Derrick was an outstanding and impressive host - the most welcoming we ever experienced. He gave us great tips on what to do while in Knysna / Brenton and arranged a lunch reservation for us. The guest house is built with a lot of love and attention to detail. It's only a 5 minute walk (downwards) away from the beautiful beach. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean.

I loved the place, the rooms were spacious, contemporary, clean with a great view. Wendy was very helpful throughout the booking process and helped us make dinner reservations for Christmas night @ Knysna Water Front. The breakfast spread was great. It is a very cozy, well maintained property with great views and excellent service.

Rob and Diane are exceptional hosts. Arriving at One on Bollard is like arriving home. Rooms are spacious, very well appointed with a private garden. A few steps away from the shore of Leisure Isle for endless walks or activities. Rob and Diane had great recommendations for dinner and very helpful in arranging transport for dinner. We sadly only stayed for one night but could have easily stayed longer. Rob makes fabulous homemade goodies for breakfast. Do not skip breakfast! Loved our stay!
