Mattress is comfortable, AC works, and the water jug was a welcome surprise. Shane the owner is extremely hospitable. He gave us a demonstration on how to open coconuts (and let us eat them!) The major highlight was free usage of the bikes, and the proximity to everything on the island can’t be beat. Truly a gem of an accommodation.

They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable had wifi and had his WhatsApp contact if we needed anything. There was always someone on the premises which made us feel looked after coming and going. They gave us great food recommendations and directions. You cannot get a better location! This spot is very close to everything. AC was cold. Place was clean!

Colinda Cabanas - Enjoy true Caribbean BEACHFRONT on Caye Caulker Set directly on the sand, Colinda Cabanas is a true beachfront property with uninterrupted Caribbean Sea views and a front-row look at... The cabins are SOOOO cute and I got the room right at the first row. It might have been a late cancellation so I got it at a really good price, making is super value for money. The cabin is pretty large and spacious, very properly equipped with kitchen equipment. Also clothes hanging area outside the room. Two aircon in living room and room, but really one is enough. They let me drop off my bags when I arrived early, and help put the bags in the room while I was out. Checkout is a little early at 10am (seems common for the beach area though), although they let me stretched it to 1030am. They also provide bicycles which makes going to other parts of the island super easy! Lovely spot to watch sunrise right outside the cabins too.

The property was immaculate. It has the most wonderful pool and a small tiki bar at the back from which you can buy drinks and cocktails. The rooms are stunning; cool, ventilated and come with fans and AC which is perfect.

Boasting sea views, The Novelo provides accommodation with a patio, around 2.1 km from Caye Caulker Beach. This property offers access to a terrace. Adrián, the neighbor, was stepping in for the usual host. He was amazing. Literally checked in on us and helped us with everything we could have possibly needed. They provided bikes for free. Loaned us a kayak for free. Adrian and his brother put it in the water and carried it back for us when we were done. He dropped us off at the boat on our last day, in his golf cart. The pool was cool. The room was huge with a great kitchen. Seriously, best place we stayed on a 3 week trip. The host, Adrian, made the place. He claims the usual host is way better😂😊🙏

Amazing 2-bedroom shared flat with all the amenities you need (drinkable water, fridge, kettle, coffee, books, good wifi, toiletries, towels, AC, super comfy beds etc.). The hosts are super kind and helpful (they also run a tour agency, Epic Mayan Tour, and sent someone to pick me up at the airport, which was great). The location is perfect, barely a 10 second walk to the ferry terminal going to Caye Caulker, San Pedro etc. There are restaurants within a 5-min walk, as well as a nice little museum on Belize a minute away. Overall a great place to stay and I’d definitely stay there again!
