Fronalpstock Hotel & Restaurant is situated in Stoos, 1922 metres above sea level and next to the 4er Sesselbahn Fronalpstock and 6er Sesselbahn. Located amidst the Ski Region Stoos, the inn is only accessible by foot or via the cable car. There’s a special kind of magic that begins when the last cable car leaves at 4 p.m. and you’re left almost alone at the top of the mountain. It’s an unforgettable experience. The views are among the most breathtaking I’ve ever seen, with beautiful hiking trails and even a playground right next to the hotel. The view from the room is incredible – you can relax on a sun lounger on the terrace and simply take it all in (there are even blankets for cooler evenings!). The staff were absolutely lovely. Special thanks to the kind waitress, the kitchen staff, and the person who welcomed us at check-in. They made our stay even more special. Breakfasts were tasty, and the dinners were truly delicious with prices that are reasonable by Swiss standards.

Great place in the mountains for hiking and resting near the lakes. Very friendly staff, so helpful and supportive. Amazing cuisine - we did enjoy the food there (all three meals). Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

All guest rooms feature a wardrobe. We were extremely satisfied with our stay! The room was beautifully renovated, very well equipped, and offered a stunning view. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness of the hosts - on two nights when we were stuck in traffic and the restaurants had already closed, they prepared food for us without hesitation. Extremely delicious food too! We’re forever grateful for their thoughtfulness. A beautiful family business, run with heart and incredible attention to detail. Highly recommend!

The centre of the village is reachable within a pleasant 15-minute walk and in winter the ski bus brings you to the train and cable car station for free. The bus station is reachable on foot in 4 minutes. In winter, please take bus stop Heimat, in summer please take bus stop Brunni. Those bus stops also are the correct ones coming from the train station. everything the view , the breakfast

All units have a private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer, while some rooms here will provide you with a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher. At the guest house, each unit comes with bed linen and towels. I’ve done quite a bit of traveling with a large family but this place really tops it all. It has EVERYTHING for a nice comfortable stay : a kind responsive host, its spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen, all newly renovated ensuite rooms, location is only 5 minutes from the main highway and the road leads to a beautiful mountain pass too. The kids had a great time waking up to a gorgeous view of a waterfall right across the house. Highly highly recommended! Thank you for the wonderful time.
